BB Spring Technology (formerly Bobbio Srl) specializes in Spring Coiling Machines suitable for production of compression, torsion, extension, and others spring shapes as well as upgrading of existing machines. Our technology is focused on high productivity, superior quality and flexibility.

Our in-house engineering and manufacturing staff design, develop and assemble each machine, thus allowing total control over the final product by our specialized technicians. With over 30 years of experience we have an extensive “upgrade” program of existing machines that still have life left in them.

Integrated remote access system allows our technicians to solve equipment issues quickly & efficiently to ensure the highest level of machine productivity.

The machines can also be equipped with an integrated spring camera measuring system. This digital camera, for the control of the diameter and the free length of compression springs, takes measurements (in real time) and feeds back to the machine. Once any “out of tolerance” condition has been detected the machine will automatically reject non-confirming springs and change parameters to bring subsequent springs back into tolerance.
