Cometo SRL’s MTF Series offers versatile wire straightening and cutting machines designed to process wires and profiles with precision and efficiency. These machines are suitable for various materials, including steel, copper, and aluminum alloys, and can handle different shapes such as round, square, hexagonal, and custom profiles.

Modular Design: The MTF machines feature a sturdy electro-welded frame that allows for easy customization to meet specific production needs. Users can configure the machine with different sizes of wire straighteners, feeders, and cutting units, enabling quick adjustments and future upgrades.

• High Precision: Equipped with an encoder device, the MTF22 model ensures cutting length accuracy within 0.1 mm, providing consistent and precise cut lengths. 
• Versatility: The machines can process wire diameters ranging from 0.8 mm up to 10 mm, with cutting lengths up to 500 mm (extendable to 13000 mm). This flexibility makes them suitable for a wide range of applications. 
• User-Friendly Operation: A touch-screen interface allows operators to easily set desired cutting lengths and adjust feeding speeds from 5% to 100% of the maximum speed, facilitating efficient production management. 
• Chamfering Capability: The MTF22 model can be equipped with the SM12 chamfering unit, which performs a “V” incision on the straightened wire before cutting, enabling chamfering on one or both ends as needed. 
• Noise Reduction: Designed with operator comfort in mind, the MTF machines operate with minimal noise levels, enhancing the working environment.
